Do my clients need an account to book?
No. Clients pick a time, enter their name and email, and they are done. They receive a confirmation with links to reschedule or cancel.
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com and iCloud. You can connect several at once; Slotwise checks all of them for conflicts.
How do payments work?
Payments run through your own Stripe account. You choose a deposit or full price per service. Slotwise does not take a cut of your bookings.
Can I use my own domain or branding?
On Pro and Team you can add your logo and colors, remove Slotwise branding and serve the booking page from a subdomain like book.yourstudio.com.
Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the EU, and never sold. Read the Privacy Policy for the full details.
